We have just returned from a week away, there were 9 of us altogether (5 Adults & 4 Children aged 15, 13, 13, 11). The Apartments were basic but very clean. We actually only booked 2 one bed apt's but were upgraded to 2, two bed apt's. The towels were changed every day and the beds also made up every day bar the day before we left. The staff were very friendly, especially Jose who ran the poolside bar. You had a "Happy 15 minutes" from 5 - 5.15p.m. and a "Happy Hour" from 8 - 9p.m. where you got buy one get one free on both alcaholic and kids drinks.The pool itself was not as big as I thought it would be but the kids seemed to enjoy themselves regardless of the size. Stefan the in-house entertainer was great and we got a game of good old bingo at 5pm. Palma Nova itself has loads of Restaurants and bars along the strip and we were spoilt for choice! The food was delicious wherever we ate but must recommend that you try "The Kings Road" which is run by Di and her hubby Vinnie, Food was exceptional and they were very friendly and made us feel so welcome!!! Overall a good family friendly place to visit.

Arrived late at night and had no view from balcony. We were promised a move next morning and were given a fantastic appt with amazing views of pool, beach and marina. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Comfy beds and very clean if a little dated.
Cannot think of anything negative. Ideally situated and safe!

The hotel was very clean and spacious... the staff were extremely helpful. it was a lovely quiet location but close enough to restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride away from magaluf. we also had an excellent view from the balcony looking over the beach and marina. There was lots of entertainment for young children with the entertainer and shows in the evening by the pool. we were a bit worried when reading other peoples reviews but had no problems through the whole of our weeks stay. we definately would stay there again!!!!

We are a party of 2 adults and 3 children, we found the accomodation spacious (we had a two bedroomed appt) and clean (maids cleaned every two days) must mention the fantastic hot and powerful shower too!!

we were very lucky with the weather, even so the children had a lot of fun and spent a lot of time in the indoor pool which was heated and clean. The resort itself and the facilities at the hotel are largely closed at this time of year - there were signs of things wakening up, the outdoor pool was being cleaned in readiness for filling up. but this was made clear when we booked.

The location is fantastic, overlooking the beach and the whole of the Portanova bay, a large supermarket just around the corner and plenty of bars and restaurants and bars in easy reach. the promenade is a lovely place to walk along to reach them. The best restaurant we found - with authentic food was sissis bar located on the road out to Palma accross the road from the supermarket! Didnt look much from the outside but was great!!
