The room was nice and the hotel in a great central location in town. However, they manufactured 2 phone calls to put onto our hotel bill. We never touched the phone. We tried to tell the desk clerk that over and over even saying that we had our mobile phone so we had no need of their phone, but he held firm and made us pay for calls that we did not make.

The streets of Toledo are very difficult to navigate as you would expect in an old town. Althought the hotel was fairly well marked it was still hard to find. Reception people spoke almost no english and were'nt overly anxious to help.Bedroom was small as expected. Bathroom was extremely small, moreso than expected. Parking was three blocks away, really no big deal. If I were to go to Toledo again I would look for another hotel.
