Well positioned in the city centre. And if black and orange decor, a surfeit of spotlights, bedrooms slightly bigger than the bed, beds which feel more like bedrock, and a total absence of sources of natural light are your thing you'll be right at home. If you do go here, try the Nebraska cafe around the corner for breakfast - it's a fraction of what the hotel will charge you.

The first impression of the hotel is something in between trendy and cheaply made. The floor (not wood) had gaps even in the entrance hall. The room was small, very small (less than 10 sqm, not including bath and corridor). I had to remove something like a chair and had to put in on the desk in order to reach the other side of the bed. Btw, the bed was horribly hard and very uncomfortable. When I asked if there are other ones in other rooms, I was harshly told that this is like that erverywhere in Spain. Well, believe that or not, it was not the friendliest way.

My wife and I spent four nights at the Vincci Centrum earlier this month and thought it was brilliant value. It's in an ideal location - on a relatively quiet street within walking distance of many sights and only two minutes from the nearest station on the excellent metro. Spotlessly clean with smart, modern decor. Friendly, efficient staff. All the facilities we needed. The only niggle is that breakfast is expensive but that doesn't matter because there are so many other places nearby.

Unlike an earlier reviewer, we liked the Finca de Susanna restaurant nearby and went back there a second night. Good menu, well cooked food and about GBP15 per head for three courses, wine and coffee.

Agree no mirrors in bedroom lots in bathroom, being there with my daughter there was nowhere to look at ourselves.

Vision Bus tours great value only complante is that once you get of the bus, you really have to remember which of the stands is what you need to get back on and they arnt to regular.
Felt abit nervous around the Plaza Major.
Loved the shops and lots of lovely people.
