We stayed at villa de benidorm 13th -21st june 8 days we booked through hotels 4 u and flights with easy jet. We arrived at about 12 lunchtime our room was ready on arrival. We found caroline and ramon very helpfull not that we needed much help as it is our 2nd home,The food is EXCELLENT prepared by some lovely people who we have come to know very well over the years they work all hours to ensure guests are happy if theres something you don't like then tell them they are only human why complain when you are home they can't help you then!!The tables are always cleared quickly there-for you don't have to waite for a table!
The bar staff salim,serge,max excellent always working really hard they never seem to stop they might appear to be slow but when there serving a couple of drinks at a time it does take longer but you couldn't ask for better staff.
Entertainment has improved this is what has been lacking it's never been the same since eddie but they are trying good luck to deni and the gang!! Lorna what can i say very helpfull and socialble with EVERYONE but thats part of her job who else do the brits go to when they have a dilemma and no-one speaks english. We had a very good holiday enjoyed every minute of it the hotel is very central its near to all the pubs,clubs,beach,shops what more could you ask for my advice would be don't believe everything you read everyone is different it depends what you want from your holiday we've been going for 10 years 3 times a year now to this hotel and have never complained just wish the staff would stay a bit longer.

We arrived at the Hotel after a very early start to be greeted at reception by Lorna with a glass of champagne.. Made you feel welcome straight away and was there to make things as easy as possible.. Within minutes we were in our room which was 'comfy' with everything you could need for a week away.. Was horrified at first thinking there wasnt any aircon but was assured down at reception that if i moved the curtain it was there.. After paying a €20 deposit for the remote we had the room cool in no time.. No balcony but plenty of window space overlooking the main road..
Nice central location very close to the beach and also hoards of pubs n clubs but with no problem with noise at nights.. Shops over the road selling allsorts of drinks, snacks and newspapers and also the usual variety of holiday 'souvenirs'..
The food at the hotel was of a high standard with a great variety to suit everyone.. Plenty of hot dishes including steak, pork, lamb n chicken and also salads and cold meats, fruit and sweets.. There was even a Chinese themed night which saved me some €'s as we were all set to try the chinese down the road for a change but were glad we stayed..The Restaurant itself was nicely laid out and kept very clean and tidy..
The bar had a huge variety of drinks and also had a daily cocktail.. My tip for this is though, find the barman called Salim.. He makes his own concoctions which were far nicer..
The entertainment team were great with activities all day both inside and out from 'Watergym' to Archery and Pistol Shooting during the day to Bingo and Tropical Night followed up with professional shows afterwards til nearly midnight.. All ages were encouraged to get involved especially by Hester who was a bit 'mad'.. One show not to be missed is Morpheus the Hypnotist at Valentines round the corner.. A great night there with a dvd to cringe at when you get home..
As for the reception staff, nothing was too much trouble.. We had a problem with a couple on our floor making noise at all hours.. We informed the staff first thing who were aware of the situation and the management sorted it ..Also had a faulty door lock which was fixed within an hour of reporting it..
The only bad thing i would say is that there are not enough sunbeds (about 40) and there is a mad rush as the doors to the pool are opened but Lorna is there again to remove the towels from beds left for too long..
You can use the facility's at all the other Magic hotels for free but was more than happy to stay here..
All i all had a brilliant holiday at this hotel and would definetly go back if i return to Benidorm..

If you want posh dont go here. But if you want a fun lovely place this is the place to come too. Me and my wife went here for a week holiday and it was excellent. When we first arrived the staff were wonderful and helpful. The recption was friendly and nice and always there to help you out. The pool was nice and clean. The food was great and was always a good selction off food to chose from. The activties were good all day and nite. Even though the hotel was in the middle off town it was quiet. The bench was a 2 mintue walk and so was the shops. We will be rutrning agin next year to the same place. Its idea for all ages and adults with kids.

Fantastic hotel, 24hour bar, self service after 12pm, maid service & towel changing every day, Lorna the hotel Manager is English & fantastic. Everyone is very helpfull. Theres no limit to how many drinks you get at any one time at the bar, just ask for a tray to carry them.

Overall a fantastic Hotel, me & my twin sister have booked for next year, cant wait........
