The Hotel Was A Nice View From Outside.
Got Inside Looked Very Nice.
They Rushed Us Into Are Tea Meal, Which Only Had 20 Minutes Left.
Sat Down Had Drinks, Which Mainly Was Water Or Wine.
Then Went For Food, Which Was Awful The Catering Is For Spanish & Spanish.
The Only English Thing Would Have Been Chips!!
The Catering Staff Are Nice & Welcoming.
Upstairs In The Room, It Was Lovely The Rooms Are Tereffic!
The Bathroom Looked Newly Furbished, and The Room Would Have Been Given A 5 Star Off Me.
But The Meal Morning Times Should Be Longer, Everyone Likes A Nice Lie In And Then Down For Breakfast, But Seen As The Breakfast Is Also For Spanish You Can Have Your Lie In And Then Eat Out, Theres A Nice Resturant Down The Road.
Another Problem There, Hardly Any Shops Its A Long Walk From The Center.
I Would Not Reccomened This Hotel For Families, People who Just Want A Weekend Away Maybe But The Cleaners Might Bang The Door At 6am And Awake You.
But They Do A Fantastic Job The Cleaners.
So After My Holiday There I Would Not Return, Benidorm Has Just Gone Down Hill.
Giving My Opinion I Have Chose A 2Star Seen As It Just Okay.

Family trip with my Daughter an 2 Grandchildren.
September 2006.Had a fabulous time. Hotel was Basic but comfortable, Staff were very good. Smallish and very friendly Hotel. Would certainly recommend it. and defineatley would go back again.

We have just returned from our 3rd stay in this hotel. We loved it yet again. New double glazing has just been installed and it really makes a difference to the noise from traffic at front and entertainment from back. The bathrooms have also just been completely refurbished and now of a grade one standard. New air conditioning has also been installed and is much quieter than the previous one. Once again we would say that the food was excellent and the staff very helpful, especially Paco who gave us a Spanish lesson everytime we went into the restaurant. This hotel is not suitable if you are a loud lager swilling lout as it is more suited to people who want to enjoy a quiet time by the pool. The previous review entered by Shadz on 17 Jun 2007 must have been from Hotel Residencia Bristol which is apartments round the corner but they have use of the Hotel facilities. I would beware if you are booking, to try and make sure not to book for these apartments. I spoke to around a dozen people who had booked for there and they were not impressed with size of rooms and no air conditioning. The Hotel is of much better standard. We recommend you give this Hotel a try.

This is our second visit to this hotel.
Yes it is dated but that is more than made up for by the superb staff and the excellent quality and choice of food. As previous reviewers have said DON'T go here if you are looking for Little Britain in the sun; you won't find it in this hotel! The rooms at the end of the season are tired as you would expect but as we speak the hotel is being modernised and we are looking forward to a return stay at this super little hotel.
There is noise outside from the road but that is Benidorm.The new double glazing should remove most of this in the near future. As said by others the entertainment is geared to the Spanish and Bartolo is a very accomplished accordianist. If it's not your thing dancing to simple, live music I'm sure you can be entertained in the square or the inumerable boom,boom disco/bars on the streets. The reception staff do speak English, especially Isobel (manageress) Santiago & Paco (head waiter) bear with them. After all, how good is your Spanish? Go on taste a Spanish hotel, you might find you like it, we did and we were remembered by the Spanish people who were on holiday when we were there last time. Go and enjoy, we do.
