just back from a week hols the hotel was spotless great location one of the nices hotels iv,e stayed in for a long time would defo go back but there is two things that has been nagging me from the day i got there up until now.they were (1) the food was,nt up to the standard that you would expect of a 4**** hotel (2) the waiters by the pool side they would take for ever to come to you and did not speak good english if any .so you would have to go the bar and order you food then wait on the waiter bring it to you then he would be looking all over the poll side for you this was happening every day.we had two small kids with us and trying to tell them what was going on.so be aware.

I requested an iron on monday the day after we got their and i kept getting fobbed off to cut a long story short i was offered the iron on the friday. But i declined it then because i was so annoyed that every day i asked for it they kept saying i was next on the list.

also their was always flies around the cut fruit at meal times.

We arrived at this hotel a fortnight ago, after reading good reviews. I have to say this is a nice hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious, with little added touches, and they were very clean.The lounge area from is large, cool and modern, although bar and snack bar drinks are quite pricey. Pools are large and cold (fab in the boiling summer in Benidorm), and it's nice for the kids to have their own little bit with slides and climbing frame. Our 5 year old enjoyed it very much. The indoor pools are also nice and refreshing, with a lazy river, waterfall feature and jacuzzi. There is also a gym with all the necessary equipment, and a spa which does all the usual treatments like waxing and facials. The only slight disappointment was the food. There was lots of choice but after two weeks it seemed a little samey and sometimes food seemed to be warmed up from breakfast with a little something added to it. As one of us 5 travelling was veggie, that was hard as there was no consideration for vegetarians at all. Dinner was also quite late, starting at 7.30pm, so our son was always really tired and sometimes went to bed without eating his hotel meal. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.

This is a very nice hotel with a large offer for young children. food and roms are nice. I recomende this hotel.
