We had big problems with noise late at night,early morning.
First night school children from USA with teachers and parents,
complained but we were not allowed to sleep until 1.30a.m.
Second week same time again 60 spanish youths. Breakfast was a bun fight. Complained to the owner but did not get any satisfaction it ruined the hotel for us.

A lovely, basic, clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were also changed daily. Had a good sized balcony which we didn't use much basically because the weather was very hot and also we were at the side of the hotel so traffic was a bit noisy (not too bad), but as most italians seems to ride noisy bikes!!!!!! Lovely views from the room top - so If possible ask for a room at the front of the hotel (floor 4 or five) and you will get wonderful views of Naples etc. Also you won't be woken up in the morning by cleaners or other guests moving their furniture about - very noisy!!! (only bad point really). Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. for them. We were half board and enjoyed every meal, always lots of choices. Breakfast was buffet, ham, cheeses, fruit, cereal, cake, eggs, toaster etc...... Only five minutes to the main square, buses and trains - very convenient. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just got back from Sorrento having spent the week there, The Meridiana is an excellent hotel, very clean, The staff are all very friendly, the location of this hotel is superb, great value for money

Returned recently from a week in Sorrento staying at this Hotel. Met up with my sister and her husband who were arriving later on a different flight. Requested and received two rooms together and this was acknowledged when we checked in. Impressive!
We chose this Hotel because of the ideal location and it is a perfect base from which to conduct all your sight-seeing.
It is clean and bright and our room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bath and shower. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.
We would certainly return to Sorrento and stay again here.
