My friend & I studied abroad this summer and flew into Naples International and missed our train- so we're left stuck in Naples not knowing a lick of Italian. We start walking around the city of Naples with our luggage not knowing what to do/crying/being harassed and we walked into Grand Hotel Europa. The woman at the front called the school for us and gave us 50 euros off this 150 euro suite. She was the most helpful woman EVER and the bellhop was no nice & had quite the sense of humor. Our suite was amazing and the hotel was very clean and well put together. The hotel restaurant was pretty good and the breakfast was substantial (fruits, pastries, yogurt, coffees, and even cereal). Internet came with the room. The location was perfect- a few blocks away from the main train station. So grateful we found this gem. BEST STAFF EVER!
