The best part of this is the location. You are literally a block from St Peter's! Hard to get much closer. Other pros were that it was very quiet, clean, and I felt safe when inside it. I actually never heard any other guests when I was in my room (besides doors opening and closing). Breakfast was typical Italian-bread items and coffee-and I thought it was good. Cons were that the rooms were quite sparse--but then you don't come to Italy to sit in the room. The gate would lock at night, which was good for safety, but sometimes I had to ring the bell then wait to get let in or out if someone wasn't at the desk. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but it was Rome at Easter, so it was a mob scene! Overall, I would stay here if you want a clean, quiet place that is right by the Vatican.
