We just returned from a week in Rome. I had visited the Vatican Museum before without a tour but it is so large that it is overwhelming. This time I decided a group tour would be helpful. We were off season and Rome Walks was able to find a guide on eight hours notice for three of us ( a 21 year old niece joined us). Our guide was Julia and we could not have asked for more. I can usually last about two hours in any museum but with Julia, the hours flew by. She knew so much about everything we saw. And she was incredibly entertaining. With her, we did not try to see everything, only some highlights. She explained the historical, political and cultural background to much of what we saw. I do not know about the rest of their guides but if they are of the quality of Julia you can't go wrong.
