We were three generations of one family visiting Milan for 5 days shopping. The only thing that let us down (1 day) was the weather. We had a great time. The people in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The people on the desk were attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Max, the barman, suggested a restaurant and even booked it for us. The Luna Cafe, round the corner was lovely, good meal, cheap price and you can get discount vouchers for pizza from the hotel. Mama Rosa is also a lovely restaurant, very nice staff and efficient. Everything was perfect at the hotel. We had three beds in one room and the bathroom was definitely big enough. The three beds were comfortable and the blinds on the windows helped us get a good night sleep, along with the nice pillows. The fridge always had water in it and I will definitely stay there again.
