We stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it once we found it! The hotel instructions sound vague but do work. Merano operates a useful colour coded system to help you to find your hotel with half a dozen different routes signposted around the town (I think the Ladurner was on the red route but it would be helpful if the hotel informed you of this before arrival)
The hotel is a little way uphill out of the main centre. Parking is okay at the htoel and is available in the town itself at not exorbitant rates.
Our room was very big and very pleasant with a lovely big terrace to enjoy. No complaints at all.
We were booked on half board (no choice in the matter) but again had no complaints. The meals were a bit different, varied and satisfying.
All the staff in the hotel were helpful and pleasant and the manager was particularly cooperative in an exchange of emails before we booked (we need an accessible room)
Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible.
