I love Ca' Pagan. I visit Venice often and I am a repeat guest who wouldn't consider staying in any other hotel. Ca' Pagan is special, very Venetian, spotless and located most conveniently. The area is quiet and clean, artistic and charismatic and near cute shops and wonderful restaurants. I especially like A Beccafico and their Insalata Caprese with the best ever fresh Mozzarella di Bufala and Le Cafe is wonderful for an aperitif and people watching. Both are located in the very special Campo San Stefano just a short walk from Ca'Pagan.
One of Ca'Pagan's special charms is Lorna at the front desk. Really she is quite the ambassador for Ca' Pagan and Venice. I hesitate to specifically center her out because everyone on the staff is so darn nice, friendly and helpful.
In my mind, Ca'Pagan is a class act. If you find "Venetian" and Venice special and charming you will find authenticity at Ca' Pagan. I love it and recommend it highly.
