Ideal for an overnight stay. Close to train and bus stations. Room was small and basic but very clean.
Evening receptionist had a touch of the Norman Bates about him but the morning receptionist was polite and helpful.
Good selection at breakfast.

I stayed in the Terminus & Plaza in January and couldnt fault it. It is excellent value for money and only a few minutes walk to the train station if you wish to go to Florence for the day, although you hear no sound whatsoever from the trains.

The continental breakfast had lots of choice and I found the hotel staff to be helpful.

The only fault was that the airconditioning wasnt working. You wouldnt normally expect the need for it in January but it was quite hot on the day we got there and the staff had put the heating on in the room which took a few hours to cool down.

My main delight had to be the shower, i've read some reviews that said the bathroom and showers werent very big. It is an average sized hotel bathroom which is very clean and the shower is a cubicle with a plastic screen so you dont even have a shower curtain sticking to you, but the shower is very powerful and lots of hot water - bliss!

Stayed there Oct 08. Ideal hotel for short stop in Pisa. Rooms very clean, bathroom sparkled. Breakfast standard european "Continental", buffet style. Recommended, would stay there again. Reception staff polite, friendly. Location ideal - very close to station (and airport bus / train), the walk to the tower takes you through Pisa itself.
Note: This part of Italy seems to have it's own three pin version of the continental socket. I found an adaptor in a back street in Florence. Otherwise it's wet shaves and no recharging of mobiles.

Pisa was the first stop on a 4 day break in Tuscany. The hotel was very well located, close to the train and bus terminals and central to the city. The bedroom was basic, but clean. The receptionist very helpful with a number of questions we had in relation to buses taxis etc. We were somewhat disappointed with the standard of breakfast throughout our stay in Tuscany - but this hotel rated amongst the better of those we enjoyed. Good selection of cheeses, pates, fruits, cereals, breads, sweet buns and yoghurts. Coffee was plentiful with lots of hot frothy milk. We would happily return.
