We had an overnight in Geneva and wanted a clean place to stay. The free transport to and from the airport was great! (Probably saved us $40-50 each way) The free public transport card, given by all hotels was helpfull. The room was clean, we could sleep with the windows open and the area was quiet. The only thing lacking was the comp'd breakfast I would ask for an upgrade unless a croissant and coffee is all you need.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Grand Pre. We arrived late after airport delays but were greeted by a lovely gentleman who couldn't have been nicer. Our room was comfortable - twin beds, small table and chairs, desk , tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar. It was spotless as too was the bathroom.
Breakfast was served in a beautiful, clean room by very friendly staff. Our room was on the same floor as the breakfast room, but we heard no noise at all.
We were able to walk into the centre of Geneva - it took about 15 minutes, although we were provided with travel cards free of charge. As we enjoy walking we didn't use them.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly stay there in the future. Geneva is certainly a place that I would like to revisit.

Seduced by 4 star rating and garaging. Arrived to find a small reception and friendly staff. Garaging was non existent. The hotel only had 4 spaces in the garage and we were number 6!in the cue for one of the spaces! The hotel suggested parking in town in one of the underground carparks, or, leave the car on the street and hope the police don't ticket it. The room was very small for this star rating and very old and tired. The price included breakfast - juice, one croisant, butter and jam for the croisant and tea/coffeee - everything else was extra - not as advertised or expected. Treat this hotel with some suspicion. I notice some websites now say it is 3 star, in my opinion, only just worth 3 stars.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a small Italian Bistro nearby which is lovely.
The rooms were very small but ok for a short stay; there was also a small bar and the staff were excellent.

Public transport was ideal with bus stops outside the hotel
