“Beautiful Hotel”

Seven Bridges Hotel

This really is a lovely hotel! It is very pretty and in an excellent location. Far enough away from the red light district etc, that you are not overwhelmed by it, but close enough to everything such as Leidsplein which is literally around the corner. The Van Gough museum and Rijksmuseum are both within a short walking distance (roughly 10 mins). Good regular tram connections into heart of Amsterdam costing 1.25 Euros. The staff where really nice and the breakfast excellent. We were given a choice of breakfast at 8am or 9am (a cheerfully phone call ten minutes before arrival of breakfast every morning, was always appreciated). Situated on a very nice street, when you walk out of the hotel the view is just stunning. (very easy to find) You will not be disappointed, worth every pound. (Tip: try paying cash as we were charged extra for using card, although this probably varies with different banks)

My wife and I were there last week and really had a fine stay. Very cozy room with nice antique furniture. Excellent quiet location with ample restaurants within walking distance. About a fifteen minute stroll from the Central Station.

Very nice breakfast daily and warm hosts. Recommended!

Small original hotel with style mix rooms and a touch of "art deco". Very private atmosphere, room services breakfast. We had an excellent stay!

After my second marathon stay, I can still say without any compromise that this hotel is the coolest. The location is excellent and the accomodations are sweet as can be. The staff are friendly, yet the feel is private. If you ask for assistance they go out of their way everytime. I arrived at the Seven Bridges after staying at one of Amsterdam's most expensive Amsterdam hotels, I was still really glad to be back at the Seven Bridges. If you are looking to stay in one of the most picturesque parts of the city, and staying in a really beautiful hotel without breaking the bank, you simply can't go wrong. The rooms are beautiful, the view is great, and the breakfasts are amazing. Everyday felt fresh. What a great place to be. Once again, I can't wait to return. Here's to the Seven Bridges, the best hotel in Amsterdam!

We just returned from a weekend getaway at the Seven Bridges room #6 with a canal view. It was fantastic! The hotel and the room itself were charming. Each day we'd wander through Amsterdam's streets and return to our cozy little place filled with lovely furnishings, an extremely comfortable bed, and an exquisite view of the canal. Breakfast was a treat, sipping coffee out of fine china looking out at the canal ... a sublime way to start the day. The location is great - everything was in walking distance, there was a spectacular coffee shop and bar right next door - who could ask for more! If and when I return to Amsterdam i will definitely plan to stay there again.
