Close to the Grand Place.
Room was an inside room, a bit small, clean, hot, without air conditioner, but with a very noisy vertical fan. If you leave the window, open, that will solve the problem, even the noisy fan.
Brakfast was very good.
All we asked the staff, they tried to provide.
We stayed for 3 nights, from Friday to Monday, and then we went to meet some friends in Mortsel.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as tourists. We were abit aprehensive after reading some of the reviews but it was a lovely hotel and in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast is self service and very nice. The restaurant is quite expensive (soup as a starter 10 euro!) and somewhat slow but in such a good location there is no shortage of excellent restaurants nearby.
The bar is relaxing with entertainment on some nights.
Out the hotel door and turn left - you are a 5min stroll to shops, restaurants and attractions.

Having read some of the reviews for this hotel I have to add my opinion as I am not sure what some people expect but I have travelled quite a bit and this hotel is great,not everything has to be new it was clean had a nice ambiance and I found the staff to be satisfactory.The breakfast catered for everyone where sometimes only continental breakfast is offered.I and my friends thought it was very good value for money and the location was good just within walking distance of restaurants and the Grand Palace.So please give it a try you wont be dissapointed.

Me and my husband spent one night (Thank God only one), at this hotel. The room was clean, but everything in it was old.....the refrigerator didn't work, and there was no air conditioning in the room, just an old tower ventilator..........and it was a hot day in May.
the furniture was very scratchy........
No way this a 4 star hotel.

If you can, stay elsewhere.....
