“Really enjoyed staying in this hotel.. A gem!”
We stayed at Le Dixseptieme while on a trip to Paris, Brussels and Brugge. After staying in Paris for 3 days, it was a pleasure to check into our room, the Spillaert, located on the 5th floor, in the modern section of the hotel. It was just like a studio apartment. Very spacious relative to the room we had in Paris. Good sized bed, comfortable too. It also had room for a sofa/sitting area to watch TV in the evenings, if you wanted. The bathroom was well-appointed and we enjoyed the classical music we played on the CD player that was in the room. This hotel is well-appointed and an oasis in the city. We were steps away from the touristy part of Brussels, but you really couldn't tell once you stepped inside the beautiful hotel. We loved the fact that we were very close to Gare Centrale, Grand Place and other key sites. If you like flea markets, go to the one on Place du Jeu de Balles, held every morning.. about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. This was a beautiful, well-appointed, lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it, and cannot wait to return to it the next time we are traveling to Brussels.
