Beutiful main foyer, nice bar area and attentive, professional staff. All goes to show how the Novotel down the road a lesson or two!

Stayed for business and enjoyed the luxurious room to unwind in.

I booked this hotel online through Crowne Plaza's website, which was a quick and easy process, much like the whole visit to the hotel.

On arrival at Brussels airport we eventually found the stand from which the shuttle bus was to leave (it's near the hire car parking) and were whisked to the hotel. Checkin was friendly, and the staff had impeccable English. As for the room, it was large, clean and well appointed - especially as we were in a club room.

We had a free movie each day, had an espresso machine and free internet access in the room. The bathroom was very large, with a separate shower.

The only downside was the breakfasts - the selection of food is pretty large, but it all showed signs of sitting in the serving trays for a long time - lots of it was a bit cold, and the scrambles eggs were horrible.

Another point to note is that the parking is not free. We arrived back at the hotel at 1:30am with our hire car, and parked outside the hotel. We then left the following morning at 11:30 to return the car - the cost of those 10 hours of parking was 15Eur!!!! A bit steep if you ask me.

All in all, I think that this is a very good hotel, and ideal if you need access to the airport (also easy access to the city) and I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Brussels, but not needing to be in the city centre.

Only stayed overnight because of connecting flights, but when arriving at 11:50 p.m. and the hotel shuttle is waiting curbside for you, it's the greatest place in the world. Very efficient staff, though my non-smoking request was somehow lost and Europeans love to smoke. Luckily, the air conditioning on high helped. Very modern, clean facility just a few minutes from airport. Great for business travelers.

We arrived at the Brussels airport at 7:30AM. The shuttle bus for the Crowne Plaza was right outside the airport to take us on the very short ride to the Hotel. Even though it was quite early the staff found an available room for us so we could freshen up. We then took the shuttle bus back to the airport to use the train station there. It was so convenient. The room at the hotel was great. The mattress was very comfortable with a comforter enclosed in sheets.. There was a large shower with a separate bathtub. The shower could not be heard in the sleeping area of the room which was nice. There is a health club available although we did not use it, and there is a park behind the hotel with jogging trails. In the room there was an option of an ethernet connection for one's laptop or there is a TV with a keyboard for the internet. The cost for the latter was 15 euros for 24 hours. We treated ourselves to the beautiful buffet breakfast. The selection of foods was huge, but it was 23 euros a person.
We would definitely stay here again.
