Good location near lots of shops and close to metro and a cinema and lots of bars. Friendly staff. Room smallish but more than adequate with everything you needed and a nice sized bathroom with stylish toiletries. And a pillow menu which you'll probably need to supplement the rather thin initial offering. Great breakfast buffer too.

We went to the NH Atlanta in Belgium to visit the Christmas markets in dcember 06. The hotel was really nice and the staff friendly. Upon checking in we were allocated a single and double room. Although both rooms were non smoking the single room had definitely had a smoker use the room before. The reception changed the room with no bother and the second room was smoke free!

The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and clean! The only slight problem was they were a bit reluctant at filling up the tea and coffee. The pillows were also a bit hard but the hotel runs a service were you can pick the pillow that you like so we chose to swap to fluffy white pillows which were promptly delivered to the room on request along with some more tea!

In terms of location the hotel was very close to the grand place and to the main road of restaurants so it was perfect for shopping and eating out afterwards.There is also a large indoor shopping mall nearby incase there is a rainy day!

All in all this hotel was really nice the only problems were the few gliches mentioned above but the reception dealt with any problem quickly and efficiently.

This is a plesant modern hotel in a good location. However the bar lacks atmosphere and check in is I agree very slow. It took nearly 30 minutes to get a room. The receptionist did apologise. The bar staff were friendly but it just lacked sparkle.

Prefer the Amigo for style. Get a good rate if you book.

Nice location, close to metro and grand place. Service is correct but sometimes show lack of experience. My bonus card did not work at one occasion and I was told to send copies of my bill to Spain!

Breakfast is good but the top floor environment really needs a refurbishment to get more cosy. The lighting is horrible.
