My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in mid February.
The double room we had was cosy and warm and the bed was really comfortable.The Barhroom shower was first class - really refreshing after a hard days walking and sightseeing.
The staff were really helpful and their english was better than mine!!
Breakfast was substantial and plentiful.
The hotels central location meant getting intow town was a breeze.Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby meant we were spoilt for choice in the evening
We had to leave very early morning on our last day but the owners kindly made us a really great packed breakfast for our journey home.
We would certainly stay in this property again.

I stayed in this hotel 3 nights with my girlfriend. We really enjoyed our staying in Bruges and the hotel was very cosy and comfortable. It's near the center (only a few minutes walk) and near the train station. The room was not too big but clean and pretty. Breakfast was really satisfying (brioches as well as ham and cheese). Staff was extremely helpful and they also suggested us nice restaurants. The only fault was that the room smelled of smoke and the sightening from the hotel is not so pretty (the bus station).

Our stay in this hotel was a very positive experience for me and my sister, especially after a long trip from San Franciso and taxing train trip from Paris. The hotel has great location; it is within walking distance from the Market and other sightseeing spots. The staff is friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and offered to carry our very heavy luggages up to our room (there is no lift). The dining area was cozy and clean. Breakfast selection was ok. This was also an affordable hotel. I would recommend this place to others and would definitely reserve here again should I come back to Bruges.

We spent 3 night here with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old grandson. I had never stayed in a hotel this small, even in Europe. The location was great, an easy walk (even for us grandparents) to the Markt area, and surrounded by many fine restaurants where we could enjoy the excellent food and drink of Brugge. It was also easy to drive right to the underground parking garage across the street, thus avoiding the narrow Medieval streets of the city. The rooms were typical for a hotel in Europe, small but very clean and comfortable and with newly redone bathrooms. The breakfast was nicely served in a pleasant room. The owner and his wife were very gracious people, very friendly and helpful. We experienced a family medical emergency while we were here, and they were helpful in directing us to the hospital and pharmacy, and in translating the prescription written in Flemish. The hospital in Brugge was also nicer than we have seen in the States although we hope no one else has to use it while on vacation! I hope we will return to Brugge soon, and we would definitely book again at this hotel.
