We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the receptionist gave us a friendly welcome on arrival asking us if we had had a good journey etc and with the help of a street map highlighted areas of interest and eating places. Our room on the 3rd floor was booked as an executive room, we were situated at the front of the hotel and had no balcony but a view of a rooftop ( although a very attractive one!). The air conditioning was very noisy but a welcome relief in August. We were quite surprised to find the bathroom in an executive room although clean, spacious and modern with an over the bath shower had its showerhead squashed under the eaves, making it very awkward to use and also the curtain at the window was hanging off the rail. The room was well serviced each day, with clean towels on request. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but our breakfast was good with fruit juices, cereal, fresh fruit, meats. cheeses, pastries all you would expect for 4* european hotel, the staff very efficient in replenishing the dishes and clearing the tables. On our final morning as we were travelling home we were a little earlier than usual and were surprised to find bacon. sausage and scrambled egg on offer but this was removed at 8.15? This hotel was in a great location just minutes from the main square and not too noisy. We would look to stay here again if we were to return.
