Have just come back after spending 10 days at these apartments. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment it was huge ,and also had 2 bathrooms. The only downside was the balcony was a bit small, and it also had 3 air conditioning on it. The rooms were cleaned every day but sunday , towels were changed once and i had to ask for our 2nd change as we were there for 10 days.but it was done as soon as i asked. The location is fantastic 2 min walk to the first pub/restaurant. I Would recomend Coyote bar for a good breakfast .

We stayed at these apartments for 5 nights in a studio, which was ample for just the 2 of us. The galley kitchen was stocked with all usual utensils including a kettle to put on the hotplate but we used a travel kettle. The t.v. and air con were extra if required. There are 2 pools together and a nice green with plenty of sunbeds. There are 2 bars - the one by the pool serves snacks until 3pm - drink and snack e4.50. The location is excellent for beach - 10 minute walk, left out of entrance and then to the right. 2 sunbeds and brolly on the beach is e15 for the day and e10 after 2pm. The 'strip' is also only a 10 minute walk, right out of entrance, across the roundabout and then to the right. Our only complaint is that the apartments are on the coast road which is quite busy during the day so you have the continuous traffic noise whilst relaxing by the pool but on the whole, this is a minor distraction. There are are a number of bars with in the surounding area to get a drink and food. The best value is Teasers Bar - breakfast for e1.80 and e1 for a pint! We had breakfast there every morning! Just down the road on the roundabout is the kareoke bar where you can sing all night long! Try Philipes' bar too on the roundabout - happy hour all day until 5pm. The Dubliner Irish bar was quite expensive in comparison e6 for a pint of Magners! For live music go to the Wild & Co at the top of 'the strip' - different groups each night and e4 for a pint. There is a 'Giro' bus service so you can travel around the whole of the Albuferia area, e1.20 each journey. We booked our stay with LastMinute.com and flew with EasyJet to Faro and booked transfers with them too - £28 return. We would definately recommend using these apartments and am looking forward to returning there again next year.

  • Liked — Spacious, clean
  • Disliked — No facility to freshen up if a late flight home - e25 to keep room open

Stayed here for a week in July. Check in was fairly quick and reception area is huge with gigantic sofas to sleep on should you get there early (which we did)!

Room had two singles and sofa bed/futon. Four of us comfortably shared a room with a bed each. Rooms are clean and modern as is the hotel. Kitchenette is very handy and cost saving with plenty of space for four to eat. Only downside would be the bathroom which although adaquate, it felt a bit cramped.

Our room had a fantastic view of the city as we were on the top floor. The hotel itself is in a good location with a supermarket, bars and shops right on the doorstep. I'd suggest you don't try the bargain peri-peri chicken in the local restaurants.....absolutely revolting! Stick to Nandos! The Old Town where mature couples and families tend to go to is a good 10 minute taxi ride and is highly recommended (cabs are quite cheap anyway). There is also the 'New Town', bustling with drunken teens during summer nights which is literally down the road, about a 5 minute walk.

The pool was ok put bit small for a hotel of this size, constantly had to make sure I didn't bump into anyone else. There is also a large grassed area next to the ball where people tan etc.

Overall, the hotel met almost all of our requirements but in terms of value for money there are better hotels in the local area.

  • Liked — Great location...near to shops, restaurants, bank, beaches
  • Disliked — Pool too small, bathroom too small

We stayed here for a week at the end of September. We paid about £92 each for a HUGE apartment through On The Beach. When we arrived we thought we were at the wrong place as the reception area is very large, spacious and we were very impressed. Reception were 'to the point', told us what we needed to know and that was enough for me. Room was on the second floor with a small-ish balcony but the bedroom was big with lots of storage. Bathroom was well presented and had a bath and a powerful shower. The living room was massive with a dining table and chairs, sofa with pull out bed and also a small TV. Kitchen was quite big too with microwave (including grill which people didn't seem to realise), hob and fridge plus enough utensils and crockery. Air con is good and you can operate without the remote control (same as the TV) so no need to pay 15 euros deposit for each. As we booked late and paid a very good price we expected a small room with a poor view but we had a view of the pool and also we could see the sea (which gave us an amazing view of the thunderstorm that flooded the Old Town!). The pool was cleaned daily and there was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and also in the large garden area. There was also entertainment in the evenings (but it did come to an end whilst we were there). Great location away from the noise but supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc within very easy walking distance. Quite possibly 'luck of the draw' with what room you get but we were very very pleased with this accommodation.

I can only agree with the last few reviews, the Santa Eulalia Beach Club is a great place to stay.

I can't really add anything more than the other people have said, we had a corner one bedroomed apartment and it was huge with a double balcony looking over the pool. It was cleaned every day apart from Sunday.

We also managed to check in early at around 1pm which was a huge relief.

I have to reiterate what another reviewer says and get a map from the reps room, there is one for the Old Town and one for The Strip. This will help to get your bearings.

Teasers for breakfast is great at Euro1.79, Coyote for drinks and lunch, Neto is a lovely restaurant for snacks and an evening meal. All this and your hotel on the same road, great.

There was plenty of room around the pool and loads of sunbeds. We only stayed round the pool once as the beach was lovely. You can walk across the clifftops to the Old Town which is great fun, I walked in bare feet and in flipflops so its nothing too dangerous although the path does get a little thin at times. I wouldn't do it at night though.

The Noddy train is an experience, we sat right at the back on the way home from the Old Town and it was like a rollercoaster except you weren't strapped in.

I would have no problems about going back to this hotel again.
