This little privately run restaurant is very small, but the owner and food are worth the visit. Opening times can be bit wild, but if you need to wait for it to open like we did, surrounding streets pack a lot of Alfama magic with Fado places and such.
Tasty comfort food, really good olive oil by the way and good value for price. Only downside was keeping the front door open in winter and getting little bit overcooked gambi, but the place kind of asks for some rugged, home made flair to the food.
