We stayed for three nights with our 2 teenagers in a suite. We arrived before check -in time, but didn't have to wait as our room was ready for us which was great. Bed arrangement was perfect, we had booked suite with 2 singles and a sofa bed. Sofa bed turned out to be a bit uncomfortable, but staff were excellent and put proper beds in the room for us immediately. Staff were also very helpful with information about sightseeing and getting around.

The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Loved the pool, also very clean. The hotel was a good size, not too big,making it easy to use pool,internet and drink machine facilities. Breakfast buffet had a very good selection to choose from, and again staff were very pleasant and helpful, despite being very busy on one of the mornings.

We liked the position of the hotel, on a quiet street, near to a metro station. It was a walk of around 15 minutes to the center, ( uphill on the way back ) which was fine by us, but otherwise the metro was a few minutes walk away. We used the metro and train to go to Estoril and we were amazed at how cheap and easy it was to use! There is a small shop nearby which was handy.

Checking out was quick and easy as well, we got a wake-up call and a taxi ordered for us as we requested.

We would thoughly recommend this hotel as being excellent value for money with very good service and facilities. Particularly if you are travelling with older children, or teenagers.

Lisbon is a fantastic city and easy to get around We used the metro by Marques de Pombal all the time and local trains to sintra and cascais( very easy!!!) Hotel was really nice with helpful reception staff, a good sized studio with a small kitchen The swimming pool and sunbathing area was kept really clean .It is situated on a quiet street but very near to all attractions. Pavements in Lisbon are a bit lethal so take a comfortable pair of walking shoes with non slip soles !!!

Just returned from Lisbon with my son and husband. The apartment was large, courteous staff (though some cleaning staff could not understand english, and some amenities in the apt had not been refilled). The hotel is convenient to metro, groceries and main sites. Staff were helpful. We needed to book a car at the last minute and they took care of everything. Also used their babysitting service, which was also very good. highly recommend to families.

Stayed in these fantastic apartments in June with a group of friends. Had a two bedroom penthouse (not on the top floor) and a one bedroom suite. The apartments are spacious, very clean and well maintained. Some reviews have said the decor was dated but I thought it was a bit retro and loved it. Comfy beds and huge bathrooms. We didn't try the breakfast in the restaurant as it seemed pricey compared to what you could get out on the street.

On the negative side, we found it a bit short on equipment in the kitchen. There was no kettle or anything supplied for washing up which I find a bit stingy. Also the pool was out of action and seems to have been for a while. We didn't have great weather so it wasn't a problem for us.

This is a quiet residential area about a 15 min walk or 3 - 4 euro taxi fare from the centre. We found some fantastic restaurants in the streets around the hotel and there is a large shopping centre about 10 min away. The reception staff all speak English in fact everyone we met seemed to speak some English so Lisbon was a very easy place to holiday .

Taxi from the airport is around 10 euros plus one euro per peice of luggage though the driver didn't turn on the meter and tried to rip us off. He wasn't happy about taking 4 passengers but he quickly dropped the price when we challenged him.

I would definitely reccommend this hotel to anybody from families to groups of friends travelling together.
