Located very near Victoria metro station, and close to many trolleybus stations, this hotel is on ideal position for visiting downtown Athens: close enough to visit all the important sites and far enough from ugly Omonia square.

The room was recently renovated, and it looks really OK - it is big enough, with comfortable twin bed and big bathroom. Windows are very good and noise from the heavy traffic in the street is not bothering you, even on lower floors. Although it was the beginning of May, the temperatures were very high, but the a/c did its job well.

This is my second jurney in Park hotel (I was here in 2005) and I will definitelly use it again.

My friend and I stayed at the Park Hotel for just one night in July. Although we experienced no major problems, it is not a hotel to which we would return, especially because we had stayed at a very nice hotel 2 weeks earlier in Athens for the same price. The hotel is really just rather average and needs updating. The carpet is very worn and the decorating is nothing interesting. We were looking forward to a nice dinner and a good night's sleep. Our sleep was good, but we really had trouble finding a place for dinner. After walking around the area, we ended up at the hotel and had mediocre food. The staff was pleasant, but seemed more interested in getting back to their work than really helping us.

Our family of four began our tour of Greece at the Park Hotel. I had requested a room with a view of the Acropolis, and what a view it was! Absolutely magnificent when lit up at night. The workout room had the equipment we needed, and the bar on the top floor was quite sophisticated. Whenever I made a request at the front desk, whether for directions or dinner reservations, I received a prompt response. I would definitely stay here again!

Not bad. Rooms were small and somewhat outdated.
Lobby is beautiful and MOST staff at the desk are helpful.
Breakfast is formal and very good.
Not an IDEAL location if you are trying to walk to Plaka, Acropolis, etc. but do-able. 5 euro cab ride to Plaka.
Pool is nice but closes at 6pm.
Overall, pretty good.
