The hotel was about 5 mins walk from Acropoli Metro station and about 2 mins more from the Acropolis itself! Great location. On a busy main road but hey, it is central Athens so what do you expect? If you want a central location....
The room was air conditioned so no need to have the windows open anyway.
Our room was lovely! Simply but beautifully furnished, very classy. I seem to remember paying a bit more for the 'Deluxe' room and got the one that is shown in most of the photos you will see of this hotel. Quite what was any more 'deleuxe' than any of the other rooms I don't know, maybe it was a little bigger, oh and it did have a duel aspect which made it nice and light. It really was a lovely room. No bath though!
The TV has no English channels at all but then again, your'e not in England so again....what do you expect!? Who want's to watch TV anyway when your in a city like this!?
Breakfast was 'OK'....hardly gourmet but filled a gap. Oh, and it should be noted that, as the hotel is small, it doen't serve dinner.
The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
All, in all, considering how much we paid for central Athens (about £260 for 3 nights I think), it was great, I'd definitely reccommend it. Although it probably gets MUCH more expensive in high season. Still, a very nice hotel.
