We booked this through Lastminute and arrived in keen anticipation of a nice time. There are some things to take into consideration with this hotel.
The Good Bits
1. It is a very nice hotel that is very clean and tidy.
2. The staff are all very pleasant and do their best
3. Mr Apladas the owner is always around and very proud to please you
4. If you get a Sea view, its lovely
5. The beach is great
The Not so good bits
1. No way on this earth is this a 4 star hotel. It's 3 at the very most
2. The rooms have a tiny amount of storage space, one small wardrobe and one small drawer each.
3. The bathroom is very small and the bath is suited for a midget or a five year old
4. There is no evening entertainment at all.
5. During the day, the only place to get a drink or one of the limited snacks is the poolside bar, so if it's raining...
6. It's very well catered for Germans, Swedes, Danish and other European denominations
7. You have to pay for beach towels if you don't take your own.
8. You have to pay to sit on the beach outside the hotel
9. You have to pay for the safe in your room, not just give them a deposit
10. The food in the restaurant is a canteen style buffet operation, if you don't like one of the 4 dishes they put out you are in trouble!!
11. Breakfast is for people that like spam and cheese!
Overall, it's a nice hotel and they do their best to make you happy but there are some big let downs
