If Non-existent customer service, the wrong room, no breakfast as promised, and no parking for your rental are what you are hoping for, stay here.
I was so utterly disappointed when I got to this hotel and found a white piece of paper taped to a locked reception door telling me what room to go to and when I got to the room, I found that my "oceanfront" room was nowhere near the ocean and actually had only a small window looking at the sidewalk. Only after calling their phone number and trying to speak to a lady who spoke very little English and showing her my reservation which I had thankfully printed and taken with me, did she very reluctantly move me to the room I was supposed to have. Considering I ended up being the hotel's only guest for the weekend, I'm not sure why moving me was such a big problem.
Be careful if you reserve this room through Expedia, because you are not actually paying for the hotel via Expedia. This hotel will charge you when you depart. So beware that the amount that expedia has promised you may not be what you actually pay!!!

Corinna Mare/Star is my favourite place on earth! Everything is fantastic, close to the sea, really nice and functional apartments. From nearly every flat you have a magnificent sea view. The locations on the small cliff at the seaside is just perfect. And the friendly and helpful owners are wonderful. I have stayed at the hotel 9 times and I have never been disappointed. Here you can find harmony and really relax. And if you want to enjoy yourself in the center of Chania you'll get there by bus in 20 minutes. Friends who have been there throughout the years are just as satisfied as I am. I can really recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at Corrina Mare in September. Our room was pleasant and comfortable, with a fridge, stovetop and sink. Great bed, plus a sitting room with a futon and a TV . We had a balcony with a table and chairs. There were two pools and a very small private rocky beach at the sea for swimming--a lovely water setting. Rate was 60E a night and the staff was always helpful.

We loved the location, too, a short drive to old Chania, and about an hour's drive to the beautiful beaches of Falasarna and Paleochora. Many good nearby tavernas, too. We highly recommend Corrina Mare. Overall, very relaxing accommodations.
