whe stayed in Tagoo last june.
For us it was really amazing !!!!!
The hotel is about 1 Km. from Mykonos town , wich is a very nice town.
This hotel is very basic but very clean .
And with basic i mean , expect no extreme luxery.
everything you need is in the house.
Every room has a refrigurator , save , TV. bad or shower and toilet. For us it was more than enough.
We have booked this hotel from the reviews from Tripadvisor...
And yes. it's is really great.
The atmosphere, the hospitality, the View. .....there ar great.
We had room 13. This room has a private balcony and ( maybe ) the best view from ....... the hotel.... Mykonos ...or the world ...............
Tagoo is the best hotel for your money.
If you want a fancy live and waiters as pinquin's ... go to another place. If you want a relax atmosphere an meting nice people go to Tagoo

Mykonos is not the most cheapest island in Greece.
But if you follow the instructions of the staff ( Anna ) It will be no problem, because she now's exact the right restaurants in town.
Mykonos town is really amazing at evening / night.
The best nightlive ( if you want ) .

We just returned from a 3 nights stay at Hotel Tagoo in June and agree with all the reviews posted here...this is one very special hotel run by some very special people.

Everything was done in an ultra professional manner from the free transfer service, welcome drink, informative island introduction by the charming and dynamic Anna, bountiful breakfast to the squeaky clean rooms and public areas.

We particularly loved the ambiance by the pool at sunset with cool jazz music and peaceful breeze. All requests and questions during our stay were met with a smile by the staff and we couldn't have asked for a better experience in Mykonos. Thank you Anna, Yiannis and everyone who worked so hard to make our vacation a memorable one. We will always have very fond memories of Mykonos because of our stay at Hotel Tagoo.

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Wow. It met my expectations in every way and all of the positive reviews are accurate. People who have complaints about Hotel Tagoo should stay home, as they are probably mentally challenged anyway. Rooms spotless, location great. easy walk into town, great price/value relationship... what really makes the difference, though is the indefatigable,bubbly hostess with the mostess Anna, along with husband Iannis, and brother Jimmy. They make you feel at home from the git -go and helpful in every way. I have traveled the world most of my adult life. All I can say is if you go to Mykonos and dont stay at Hotel Tagoo you are missing a really pleasurable experience

We had just spent 3 days in Athens (which was 2 days too many!). We were very much looking forward to staying in Tagoo after reading all the fantastic reviews on Trip Advisor. We were discussing that surely there could be no hotel that could consistently live up to this great reputation and number 1 rating, especially at the price. Well guess what....we were WRONG!

We were picked up by the very nice Yianni as we stepped off the ferry. We exchanged pleasantries and he gave an overview of the island and the hotel location on our quick journey to the hotel. As soon as we stepped out of the van Tony took our luggage and shown us to our room and told us when we could meet Anna and have our orientation. I was just amazed by the views as we were shown our room. Our room was immaculate and a decent size considering it was one of the smallest in the hotel. I loved the huge double walk in style shower which was very powerful. Most of all loved the views overlooking the sea from our own balcony. The shutters completely close so you can black out the room which is great as we had fantastic sleep. A/C worked great and a large fridge freezer. Breakfast was great, and everything available even 5 minutes before breakfast should end.

Orientation was very useful and Anna did live up to her reputation. She was helpful and went out of her way to make you feel at home and comfortable We found that all of the hotel staff (Anna, Yianni, Jimmy, Leah, Tony)...now friends, not only great at their job but friendly and caring which is rare.

The views from the pool and the newly opened roof terrace (love it! This is our favourite place) are breathtaking, sunset is magical. Check this hotel out! Its a must!
