The Zephyros Hotel was absolutely fantastic! We stayed here for two nights while in Mykonos. The hotel itself looks as though it has been recently renovated with the traditional Greek style. The pool area is just lovely with very comfortable deck chairs! There are not many restaurants in the area, so we did end up dining at the hotel for both lunch and dinner, but this proved to be very good! 17 EURO each for a set menu containing a greek salad, bread, main dish, glass of wine and dessert. All very good!

The beaches are very close by, but not much else... you are a wee way from the city and we didn't even make it in as the beach and pool area were just too relaxing!

Overall, if you want a relaxing stay in Mykonos near the beach, this hotel is definitely for you! you can always pop down to Paradise beach (ten min walk) if you feel like partying!!

We booked the room at the tourist stand inside the baggage claim at Mykonos airport. We paid about 75 euros a night, 2 nights, 3 girls age 31 (single, married,new boyfriend). We chose Paraga Beach, which is walking distance from Paradise (party) Beach in case we felt like partying. We had room 29 I believe and our view was of the hotel pool and Paraga Beach. The bathroom was large enough for 1 person. The shower was a usual European one, small with a shower curtain that doesn't retain the water inside. So water gets all over the floor. They had a weird non slip mat that hurts your feet. We had 3 twin beds next to each other, a fridge, desk and barely room to walk. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. It was very quiet. The pool area is beautiful with fresh sea water. The beach is 2 min. away with a bus stop to Mykonos town every hour until 7 PM, a mini market, 2 cafes, and lounge chairs along the beach. To get to Paradise Beach you hike through a small dirt path about 15 min. When you get there it is lined with bars and Trance music playing all day. You can catch a bus into Mykonos town every hour from Paradise until 9PM. Room was clean but not exciting. I didn't care for the shower but I felt safe and slept fine.

We stayed at the Zephyros for 3 nights. We were not really that impressed. The staff was okay. We arrived about 9:30 pm and had not eaten supper yet. We were told only pizza was available. It was okay. We felt that we were putting the staff out by asking for food. This was our first stop on our Greek vacation. Thank God that the other 2 stops on our adventure were great. The room was very small and the bath room was not to impress. We would go back to Mykonos but NOT the Zephyros.

I have been there with my girlfriend in August and it is since then I’m trying to get some money back from the hotel for the disastrous accommodation they provided us.
The location is very nice, walking distance from Paranga beach, also very quiet (that is something special for Mykonos).
On the other side the rooms are miserable!!! Try by all means to avoid room 46, we got that room the first night of our stay and it was a complete disaster. The room is located underground where the hotel staff sleeps so expect a lot of noise. Terribly small, the bathroom is a joke and the only window is close to the ceiling with a beautiful view on the parking. We have managed to get another room for the rest of the stay and the situation improved a bit even if we felt very disappointed compared to the price we paid the tour operator (Settemari) for the stay.
Breakfast is again very basic and only few things are really 'fresh'. It is served on the outside veranda that makes it looking a bit better.
Never again!!!
