We hadn’t organised pick up for the ferry but as we stepped of the ferry the owner was waiting for us with a big welcoming smile. This pretty much set the tone for our trip. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after the whole time we were there.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the old town, restaurants and the wharf.

The room we were given was extremely spacious, with a fridge, balcony, satellite TV, modern bathroom and good quality fittings. The room is wired for internet and we were given a cable to use with our PC at no charge.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. There was a wide choice of cereals, meat, cheeses, eggs, yoghurt, breads, fruits, jam, honey and pastries. Certainly one of the best breakfasts of our trip.

The laundry was good but super expensive; we were charged 20 euros for one load. We were told it would be 10 euros for the load (about 3kg) then as we walked away we were asked if we wanted the colours and whites separated. We said yes not realising this meant 2 times 10 euros!! Everything else about the hotel is fantastic but when it comes to laundry we would recommend using one of the local laundries or using the clothes line on the balcony.

Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. The owner and his family are super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has been renovated in recent years and is lovely from the moment you step into it until the moment you leave.

We highly recommend this hotel.

This family-run hotel is located within a few minutes walking distance from the city center. The owner and his family are extremely helpful in getting all aspects of your visit well-organized, including transport from and to the port. The rooms are newly renovated and were perfectly cleaned every day. The breakfast is of outstanding quality, including a variety of homemade marmelades, cakes, fruits, yoghurt etc. I travel quite a lot across the Cycladic islands and never got a better breakfast at any other place. I organized a 3-day visit to Naxos for a group of 13 persons and booked 8 rooms. There were no complaints, but lots of praise for the friendly atmosphere, the good condition of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast. I can honestly recommend this place; it is a bargain within this price segment.
Due to its location on a busy street, rooms to the frontside are not a good choice for people sensitive to street noise. So, try to get a room to the backside and you have found a perfect place at a great location.
