Nothing wrong with this hotel. Absolutely nothing. What a view, overlooking Hans Christian Andersen Blvd. Close enough that we walked most places. Be ready to spend money at this hotel! Even has it's own casino. Mulitple resturants. Amazing

The hotel is a bit run down....and dated. Our room was the smallest hotel room I have ever had to stay in. With no A/C, and such small quarters, it made things a bit uncomfortable. Prices for meals was also higher than expected. Don't expect your room to have a comp'd breakfast....I found out the hard way. (opted to grab a bite at the Q8 next door, rather than spending almost 25 bucks for breakfast at the hotel.
The Casino at the hotel was upscale...requiring a sport coat to enter. Guess that saved me a bit as well.
Even though the location was ideal for our business, I will recommend our company not stay at this hotel again.

Our room was worn and in need of an upgrading. Bathroom with low pressure shower in the tub. No A/C must be a problem in summer although you could open the window. Breakfast buffet is very good and staff was friendly throughout. Lobby with bar is dark and a little gloomy. I do not expect to come back the next time I visit Copenhagen.

Stayed just recently for one night in a family room, 2 adults and 1 10 year old girl.
The friendly staff upgraded us for free, so we got to stay in a Business Class room on 21´st floor with free pay TV and an Espresso machine in our livingroom. This room consisted of a separate bedroom and livingroom, 37 square metres total. They also have an indoor pool and a fitness centre. We are very plased with our stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

An international hotel which sounds and smells of the whole world. Large hotel, large reception 3 restaurants, gym, business-centre etc.etc. We took the metro from the airport and it took us less than 20 minutes. Got two doublerooms with connecting door as we travelled with children. Large comfortable rooms but a bit outdated asian-design interior and oldfashioned tv where the remote-control was out of order. Minibar, room-service, free internet.
Breakfast was poor compared to other Radisson-hotels in Scandinavia, but still with reasonable amount of choices. Thai and italian restaurant on location. Very friendly staff that did their outmost to make our stay comfortable- always with a smile.
