I stayed at the Admiral twice last year and enjoyed it both times. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bed was good, and the Internet service was excellent.

The hotel is located in a great area. Its scenic, relatively central, and not very noisy. On one stay I had a view over the harbor and could see the Opera House across the way. It was lit up in the evening for performances and was truly beautiful. Down below families strolled along the quayside.

Depending on your level of fitness, you can easily walk from the Admiral to a number of interesting sites, including into the central part of Copenhagen. Its near the Palace and, as mentioned, just a few hundred yards from the Opera House.

I ate at the hotel restaurant twice during my stays, and used the bar a couple of times to have a beer. The food wasn't outstanding, but it was certainly enjoyable enough.

I've stayed in other hotels in Copenhagen, as I go there fairly often for business, and the Admiral is one of my favorites.

Wasn’t sure about this hotel given the mixed reviews, however I’m really glad we stayed here. The room was very clean and modern. Location wise, I think it was pretty good with a short walk to restaurants for dinner. Was a little pricey but isn’t everything in Denmark. I would stay here again.

6 of us stayed at this hotel last weekend. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from everywhere. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very nice, and the beams in the rooms were a very nice effect! The beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend or mid-week break. The view of the harbour from the back of the hotel was amazing unfortunately we couldn't get a harbour view room as they were booked up! After reading some of the reviews i was a little bit worried about what the hotel was like, but i must say I and my friends were very impressed and will be recommending it to friends!

I went with Top Customers to the Hotel Admiral, to have a Meeting there. I'm very disappointed about the unfelxibility of the stuff, they are incompetent and rude. It was not possible to order "à la carte" for 10 people and this was explicit requested at the reservation, then we get a Menu that nobody liked it. As well at the Bar, people are very unflexible.For Breakfast it is not possible to get a normal Expresso instead of the tepid american Coffee. Should I go next time to Copenhagen, I would not return at this Hotel.
