If you have any standards at all DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! I stayed here for a week for a conference and it is a complete dump. I can't decide if the high-point of the stay was having to share the lift with 2 scummy guys and their prostitute, or having the receptionist tell me if I dont like the hotel I should stay at home in future! The rudest staff I have ever met and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. A right old dump. The street outside is sprawling with prostitutes if you are into that, but its not exactly the kind of place for anyone outside of the 18-20 male demographic. Stay here at your peril - I did not feel safe even when I was locked in my room!

OK, yes, it's in a run-down neighborhood filled with sex shops. Not really what I was looking for. But the hotel is more than adequate and while my room was very cramped, I actually liked it. "Cozy" is a better word. And it's Copenhagen, remember: obscenely expensive. So the 90 euros or whatever I paid for this place was a relative bargain. Nice, friendly staff!

Started off bad as when we booked it it was called the Ibis Star and the travel agent never tod us of the name change, spent around 20 mins looking for it . The guy that was on didnt have much english(or else he was rude), never even told us what floor our room was on or that the key also operated the lift, or what tim breakfast was served to. Room was small but was decent enough for the price, its in a very central location and is well maintained.

I stayed here for one night. The bathroom was not as clean as what one would like and the bathroom smelled bad when someone took a (-) below you.. The sheets on the bed didnt smell and feel very clean.
Some of the staff was good but others were not as friendly and helpful.. The location is near the train station, most of the rooms have windows facing the street, so ask for a room away from the street if you want absolute quiet.... The lobby is fairly nice, and clean. I stayed here, because I arrived in copenhagens central train station at 11:30pm, and this was one of the places mentioned on my guide book.. I think I got the last room that night, because they put out a sing that read, fully booked on the door after..
