Started off bad as when we booked it it was called the Ibis Star and the travel agent never tod us of the name change, spent around 20 mins looking for it . The guy that was on didnt have much english(or else he was rude), never even told us what floor our room was on or that the key also operated the lift, or what tim breakfast was served to. Room was small but was decent enough for the price, its in a very central location and is well maintained.

I stayed here for one night. The bathroom was not as clean as what one would like and the bathroom smelled bad when someone took a (-) below you.. The sheets on the bed didnt smell and feel very clean.
Some of the staff was good but others were not as friendly and helpful.. The location is near the train station, most of the rooms have windows facing the street, so ask for a room away from the street if you want absolute quiet.... The lobby is fairly nice, and clean. I stayed here, because I arrived in copenhagens central train station at 11:30pm, and this was one of the places mentioned on my guide book.. I think I got the last room that night, because they put out a sing that read, fully booked on the door after..

If you are looking for a DUMP this is it!!!! Don't waste your money! Around every corner is a sex shop, tatoo palor, or pizza joint. This hotel WILL NOT spoil you with any amenities, NO ANYTHING... NOT EVEN A/C

Very centrally located. Lots of public parking spaces in the adjoining streets at 15 DKK an hour between 0800-2200, observed no breakins or trouble during the two days we had our car standing there. On the home page of the IBIS chain, they offered only rooms for 1-2 persons with breakfast not included. But through the Hotelconnect booking service we got a 3-bed room at a good price, including breakfast. Room quite ok and very clean. No hairy drier though. Nice breakfast buffet. Good security with only card access to elevator and stairway. Would definitely use this hotel again.
