Found this restaurant listed in the back of my DK Eyewitness Travel book, and since we were wanting to check out Sodermalm, decided we'd try this place. We got there early in the evening, before the dinner crowd had really set in, so we didn't need a reservation, but I could see why one would!
The restaurant has friendly servers (who all speak English if you're not one who speaks Swedish), an outdoor patio, and a menu filled with fabulous Italian dishes and good wines. The prices are pretty comparable to what we've seen elsewhere in Stockholm (eating here doesn't appear to be very cheap) and our meal - with drinks, appetizers, and main courses - set us back about $100 USD. We started with the antipasto platter (delicious) and the bruschetta (some of the best we've ever had), and then I had the veal saltimbocca and my boyfriend had pasta with meat and mushrooms on it. All the food we had was incredibly tasty, and if we weren't leaving Stockholm this afternoon, I'd be tempted to return for dinner tonight. Highly recommend Hosteria Tre Santi if you're looking for something different from Swedish food, as this place will not disappoint!
