The room was clean and friendly with very limited space for storage. We didn't mind the room size and small bath, for we looked for a bed to sleep in and not a room to stay in. The staff was friendly, but inefficient: When we first came to the room we had only five hangers, I went down to the reception desk straight away to ask for more. The receptionist told me that the maid would put them the next day. But when we returned we still had the same amount. Repeated contacts with the receptionist were very friendly, but for the whole week we had to put up with our five hangers...
The breakfast buffet was a real good start into the day. I didn't know Scandinavians had this choice of food on their breakfast table. It was simply amazing. Even to the end of the breakfast time every plate and bowl was refilled and things always looked very mouthwatering. You could even get fresh cooked stuff at no additional cost cooked at your request. The breakfast room was overcrowded some times, but then you could escape to other rooms.
Not travelling with kids we could not use the special kids' buffet with kidfriendly food. But we found the idea very family and kid friendly!
The location of the hotel is amazing: all the special unique shops and restaurants are at your door step. The big stores are a 15 minutes walk away. The subway station is just around the corner. Because life takes place outdoors in summermonths almost all night (when it is all bright) and there's a huge boulevard café just opposite the hotel, it is noisy all night long and people with a light sleep could find it hard to sleep.
