I stayed here in September of 2007. The place is clean and well maintained. As others have noted, the rooms are small. My "closet" was about 1 foot wide and that included two shelves at the bottom which served as the only dresser. I must say, they are very efficient with the space but it is still small. If you are going for more than 3-4 days and if there is more than one of you travelling, it may be too small.
My room had a window overlooking the interior courtyard breakfast area. This was a little disappointing as you could not see what the weather was like outside to know if it was rainy or sunny before you left. If you want an outside window, you should ask for this in advance.
The breakfast was good with a nice variety. It can be busy. This is a tourist type hotel where people on bus tours stay. Every day, a different bus would pull up and unload all these old people on bus tours so the lobby was usually crowded. This was not a problem, just an observation.
The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. You can walk to most sights or take the subway or bus. The hotel also has loaner bikes if you are feeling adventurous. This would be a great way to see the city if you are careful. There are lots of bike lanes in the city.
If you see only one thing in Stockholm, see the Vasa ship Museum. This is incredible and you can not see anything like it anywhere else in the world.
