The other reviewers must have paid extra for a deluxe room because we had such a small room that we could hardly move around. Also, we had a room that faced the street and since it was hot (and no air-conditioning) we had to leave the windows open as much as possible. It was very noisy. The trash collection trucks seemed to come in waves all night long so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Also, since the sunrise is at 3:30 AM it would have been nice if they had shades to block the light and make the room dark (I have lived in Alaska so I know they are available).

Just returned from a two-night stay here.
The lobby of this hotel is very nice and new and there is free internet.
But our room was not as nice as I expected from seeing other photos on the internet and we looked out onto another taller apartment building so we couldn't really leave our window opened all the time. While the lobby and some of the rooms have hardwood floors, we had a blah green rug and the bedspread and curtains were a little old fashioned. Also, the bathroom was very small.
On the plus side, the room was nicely equipped: mini-bar, free coffee and tea (including real milk in the mini-bar fridge!), ironing board, iron, hair dryer, nice smelling shampoo and body wash.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful but mostly cereal and cold cuts. I would have preferred to have had some pastries instead.
However, for the price we got (83 Euro/night) I really can't complain.
Next time though I'm going to splurge on the Rival Hotel instead.

What a wonderful boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Mostly Swedish guests in a friendly hotel where the rooms are a nice size, modern, clean bathrooms. Bountiful breakfast buffet with enough choices to please anyone.

Twenty minute walk from the Arlanda Express, 1 block from the beginning of the main shopping street. Train station nearby, although we walked all of Stockholm from this lovely hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend break in June 2004. We booked the hotel via the Ryanair website. Although nothing to look at from the outside, we were very impressed with it on all other accounts - our room was large, airy & clean. Service was good and the buffet breakfast couldn't have been better. Located just off the western end of Drottninggatan, which is the main pedestrian thorougfare, so really convenient for shops etc.
