So I 've just come back from Canada where for 100CAD per night you can get a king bed a microwave a sofa and a big bathroom, here you could fit the entire room in half of one room at the Marriott falls view Niagara.

The room was less than 2m wide I know as the bed was stuck in the end of the room and I'm 1m82cm and i just fitted in, I've been in bigger chairs in business class. The tv is so close t the bed you don't need a remote.

On saying all this Stockholm is a city that you only sleep in your room and this hotel was a great example of young and trendy sweden. Fantastic cocktail bar upstairs, great staff and music.

Breakfast was 100% organic and really good, the bathroom in the room was great with a good shower but only 2tiny towels.

So americans avoid, youngsters - flock to it and crash into your tiny room after a couple of cocktails - their 100ml sprirt Lng Isl IcedT at 200sek is amazing

I took the GF to this hotel for a long weekend at Easter. We weren't sure what to expect. We did not regret our choice of hotel at all. The room was quite large and bathroom was great. GF loved the under floor heating which could prove expensive!

Breakfast was buffet style with all sorts of food, Swedish, American, Oriental, pretty much whatever you could wish for. It is well worth getting breakfast included as this really sets you up for the day.

The hotel is literally outside the metro station so really convenient location especially when you first arrive in Stockholm. We walked to Gamla Stan most of the time but it was good to know we could use the metro if we were tired.

This would be my first choice of hotel if we go back to Stockholm.

Last friday we stayed at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm. I really love this hotel!

The entrance is great and the people are very friendly at the reception. Down at the reception you also have this very nice coffee bar where you can get a nice warm coffee after a long day of shopping.

On the first floor there is a very good restaurant. We have had a very delicious dinner there. I can really recommend this to everybody!

On the second floor there is a bar where they play live music in the evening from wednesday till friday. The music was very good. The people behind the bar make really nice coaktails! You cannot only find hotel guests in this bar, but also lots of Swedish locals.

We stayed on the 6th floor in a standard double room. The view was bad, but this did not matter. The room was clean and looked pretty. The only thing I really missed were the save and coffee and tea facilities.

The location of this hotel is not really in the old centre. If you are coming to Stockholm for some sightseeing you can take the subway to mayor attractions or go for a 30 minutes walk.

This hotel has art and music as a theme throughout the whole hotel. I thought this came out really well.

Conclusion: If you are looking for a friendly, nice hotel with a good athmoshere I would really recommend this hotel!

This hotel's location is really good. It's walking distance to Gamla Stan and is directly outside a tube stop which is 4 stops to Stockholm's central station (5-10 mins). The area is safe (as is all of Stockholm) and the rooms are well presented and clean. Beds are comfy and the bathroom was small but nice. It's an art hotel so there's various sculptures and paintings in the lobby and a nice seating area/bar.

The breakfast included in the room was AMAZING. The buffet is probably one of the best I've had in a hotel. They had several different types of Sill (pickled herring with dill, peppercorns or onions), cream cheeses, gherkins, salad, a huge assortment of rye breads, crackers, buns and crispbreads, smoked salmon, hard cheeses, bacon, eggs (hard or soft boiled or scrambled), muffins, pancakes, a whole japanese section with miso soup and pickles (for the Japanese tourists I think), the list goes on and on. Definitely somewhere I'd stay if I visited Stockholm again.
