I made a reservation for my Honey Moon. The reservation was made for an offer in which we will stay 3 day and they will give you a free night, there was no problem in the first stay. We travel to sky to the north of Sweden, and went we came back to Stockholm my husband decided to stay in the same Hotel, because we know it ,even it was far away from the city. Because the first offer was from the internet we went to the same site, Hotel.com and made another reservation under the same offer.
We check in this secound time, and was there 4 nights, went checking out, in the front desk, we were informed that the room is $307.00 a nigth ( first time the night final price after the offer was $89.00 and we stay at the same room), we argue that it was imposible, they stated that the reservation will not be honor, and if we did't pay, they will call the police. I am an attorney, I was concern, I decided to pay and go. This incident, afected my Honey Moon...I will not recoment this Hotel they are no honest people...will destroy you vacation.

Very efficient front desk, got me installed in my room in less than 5 mins. They also helped reallocate me to a non smoking room without an interconnecing door, even though the hotel was full. Room was functional and well designed, large LCD TV and free internet access. Access to the exibition centre is in the lobby. Restraunt was very quiet, but the food was OK. Convenient if you need to be at the exhibition centre, but nowhere near the city centre which is ~15 mins away on the local rail. Also beware, there's no coffee making facilities in the room.

I stayed at Rica Talk between 12-13 of December 2007 and paid 695 SEK (75 Euro) for one night including breakfast. That is a very good price and has clearly been considered in the review.

The hotel is located in Älvsjö, south of the city but you reach it by commuter train in 8 minutes. The trains run very often so it won´t be a long wait whenever you wanna go somewhere. From the station it is a 5 minute walk in safe but somewhat uninspiring surroundings.

Checking in was very fast and within 2 minutes I was in my room (that includes about 1 minute to figure out that room key card must be swept to use elevator). The room was modern, bright and good-sized. There was 2 very comfy single beds, a flat screen TV with a bunch of channels etc etc. WiFi was free of charge and that is usually at least 10 Euro in other places. I liked the room very much and it was also very quiet.

Breakfast is what I expect from a 4-star property, a lot to choose between (eggs, bacon, meatballs, sausages, bread, cereals, etc) and even some salmon. The only incident took place after breakfast when checking out but the hotel can not be faulted as parts of the entire area experienced a blackout so the check out was not quite so fast.

If you are going to the Stockholm Fair, well, then this is without a doubt the best hotel in town. For other people (like myself), who wants a good night of sleep and not to pay too much, this is “just” a great place to stay. Don’t expect any action in and around the hotel but I guess you don’t sleep in Älvsjö then… I was considering a strong 4 or a 5 for this hotel but given the price I go for the 5. Highly recommended!

Excellent business hotel next door to Stockholm Fairs exhibition centre. Easy access from train from City centre - but this is definitely not a tourist hotel. Its a very nice busness hotel if you don't wish to leave your room.

Got a fanastic room #1802 with views over the city, be an bathroom were top class, nice designer touches. Bar area was OK ,food OK, all staff young and although reception was good the bar staff and breakfast staff were totally disinterested and really brought the whole place down. As a single traveller you look to the barman to make you feel welcome, this guy had multiple piercings and personalities.

Don't let that put you off what is a cool, efficient, and affordable business hotel
