The new builded 3. Tower is brand new... Rooms are quite, clean, enough bright.. Restaurant is good and colorfull furnished.. You can found breakfast for all country taste. Rooms are for warm country people cold but, the helpdesk is quick and freindly..they have all the time smily face.

I arrived late at night and the first thing which hits you when you enter the hotel reception areas is a strong smell of fish, coming from the restaurant - not at all pleasant. The room I had was very simple, the bathroom is quite old and wearing, with a small shower in the corner. I stayed for two nights and was surprised when I returned after a long days work to see that the room had not been cleaned properly and a cleaning cloth had been left behind. I would say that this hotel is good for a nights stay but would not recommend for a special holiday or longer.

Room tip: Would ask for a room on a high floor

Dear Christine G, thank you for your feedback. Of course your room should be cleaned during your stay and no cleaning equipment should be left in your room. I would like to know which room you stayed in, arrival- and depature date. Please contact me on charlotte.forsman@gothiatowers.com

The Gothia has long been a favourite of mine, but with the new tower operational it just improves every time I stay. Great views, great staff - surprising in such a big hotel - and a wide range of pricing on rooms, from budget to suite. And who can resist the Sky Bar, and their signature prawn platters?

Standard rooms are tiny, dark and gloomy. Heather system is noisy (like running water) and cannot be switched off. The shower is essentially a hole in the bathroom floor with a tiny and old shower diffuser. Threadbare towels. However, the breakfast quality is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the newest tower as the first guests. All new furniture, unused bed. The view was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
The bathroom floor could have been warmer. It was Cold.
