STF Goteborg City is a hostel situated right in the center of Gotheburg! Not far from the railway station.
Brand new hostel with bathroom and TV in all rooms.
Cheap and with at fantastic breakfastroom.
Environmentally friendly!

Room tip: The rooms are small but they all have bathrooms and TV for a really cheap price for that location!

The hotel is very clean as it is a new one but the rooms are very small.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel is the best as it is in the center near the most active street and nordstan shopping mall. I would recommend the hoer for those who don't care about spacious rooms.

Central hotel with walking distance to almost everything that is worth seeing in Gothenburg (and to public transport if you don't want to walk). We did not order breakfast, but perhaps we should have, because there are so many restaurants in the city, it's almost hard to decide where to go and eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel's common areas were very nice. We stayed in the hotel part in a 2-p bunk bed room (one of the cheapest options). The room was modern and clean, but a bit small, but it didn't bother us when we only stayed there for 2 nights and spent most of our time outside the hotel. We did however miss a shower curtain, because the bathroom floor got very wet when we took a shower. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and we could definitely stay at STF Goteborg City Hotel again.

Stayed here for one night on my trip through Scandinavia. I slept in a dormitory and it was a bit small, not very tidy and a bit smelly. I also tried the breakfast which was okay. Just an average hostel on the way. Nothing really special, but probably cheapest hostel in town and you can find some nice backpackers here.

The hotel is well position about 400m from central station and 150m from the main tram hub. It is spotlessly clean in the rooms but it is hostel so you have to make your own bed in the mornings no big deal but don't expect hotel room service. The rooms are quite small with no storage spece in the room I used, I was on business so had a single room (with an additional fold away bunk). Would I use the hotel if I was here for pleasure? I don't know but there were lots of families staying while I was here. The breakfast was included in the price and there was a lot of choice, cooked was bacon and scrambled egg, there was cereal and the was also cheese Hans and bread. It didn't cost me stay here but I think that it is value for give that it's in Sweden .
