When staying in Luxembourg, this hotel can't be beat! It is located in the heart of the old city, within easy walking distance of just about everything. The rooms are of moderate size, with comfortable beds and linens, complimentary water and other amenities that surprised me in a hotel at this price point. The bathroom was ok, but the shower stall was very small. Everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was included on our stay, and the staff was always cheerful and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a good location for exploring Luxembourg, but the noice from Place d'Armes in the evenings and from the bin trucks in the mornings was too much for us. If you can handle a lot of noice and a room that is a bit too small, the hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly.

We were very impressed with the quality of the staff, who were friendly and helpful at all times. We lost our bags at the airport and they spent half an hour calling round for us.

The location of the hotel is also great: we were right in the centre of the old town.

We didn't take breakfast because we got up too late.

I can't say enough about the location--right on the Place D'Armes in Luxembourg City. In the heart of the old city, fantastic restaurants and sights all around. Staff were friendly and professional and understanding about limited french-speaking guests. Only concern--a lot of early morning noise on the plaza. Not too bad on the top floor, but you definitely know it's in the city! Breakfast was superb, and the associated restaurant was too.
