We loved this hotel, the beach is great, clean, sea itself clean and nice. The isolated location was good to have rest from city noise and bustle, it was very quiet there, what I missed later in Istanbul. Rooms are big enough, clean. This hotel is good for families with children. Our kid liked waterslides, enourmous (very big) swimming pool. The animation team worked well, organizing acitivities for children and adults. The choice of food was excellent, food itself was tasty. 2 times we went to city (Girne) by hotel service bus, it takes only 15 minutes. The fee was small, second time it was complimentary, we didn't have to pay anything. The only minus- they don't serve complimentary water at dinner. To buy 1,5 bottle costs 3,5 turkish lyra. Other 5 star hotels provide water complimentary. But this was the only minus. In general I recommend this hotel for those who love to swim, sunbathe, who come with children and wants to have a quality rest.

The lowest paid restaraunt staff were all really nice however the reception staff and our holiday rep had no concept whatsoever of customer service. The room cleaners went into our room and took the executive decision to leave no toilet roll despite the fact we left a note politely requesting 2 as it kept running out (cheap stuff that disintegrates in your hands with about 20 sheets per roll). As an alternative, they took it upon themselves to leave our door wide open which we found on our return 24 hours later. We came back to he resort after spending the night away to find it wide open (the hotel swipe card records confirmed it was the cleaners). It was like the twilight zone with these stone faced imbeciles at reception not having any comprehension that we might be slightly upset about this. We didn't even get an apology-nothing. Added to the fact that the bungalow we were in leaked water when it rained and the room was generally grubby, it wasn't great. The place is like a fortress with armed guards at the gate ensuring you don't dare bring any outside food or drink into your rooms (or take any toilet roll out). Nothing is cheap there, except the small minded management of the place.
The food was quite nice though and the pool was well maintained.

Whilst a good hotel and good food generally, I think that charging over £3 for a glass of fresh orange juice was a rip off. Enjoy your stay, but watch the bar bill.

The bungalows are excellent, very clean, very quiet and very comfortable.

After reading previous reviews for this hotel we booked for April
2008. We arrived quite late at night and were met by helpful staff who immediately arranged drinks and food for us. This isn't the Ritz but, having stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, we were
delighted with our bungalow acommodation. The hillside restaurant wasn't open but the choice of food in the basement restaurant was amazing with plenty of choice. The waiters were friendly, good humoured and very efficient.
Then there was the spa. Just the most relaxing place you could find. My husband and I both had massages and felt brilliant. The children loved the pools,the beach and just being in such a lovely place. Everywhere was spotless. We didn't use the casino
but that was the only facility we didn't bother with.
Would we go again? Definitely
