The Hotel was clean, well managed, nicely decorated, great location, the staff were all very hard working with excellent customer service skills and standards.
The pool and pool bar were excellent, Breakfast and Lunch very enjoyable, although Dinner was a little repetative, and rushed, wasnt what you would call an enjoyable dining experience due to being rushed off the table for the next diner.
We did eat out three nights and had a very enjoyable experience at the Tex Mex Restaurant and La Vigna (best Italian, we have ever eaten)
Hotel Entertainment could do with improvement!, but all in all we had a great relaxing holiday.

Had a really great weeks stay with my husband, only a weeks notice,so we thought we would get what we paid for. But on our AI , we were more than happy, cocktails,any on the menu you like or more than happy to make what you ask for. Food all very nice,lots of veg, not just chips! Lovley location if like us you want peace and quite, no loud music round the pool all day unless you sit at tables near the bar, sun beds not a mad rush for and a lovley quite area close to waters edge with a few sunbeds,( bit of a hill for those not so fit) but we were fine. Staff well lovley, from the rooms to all! Yes there are no fancy frills to the hotel, the enterainment is basic ,who expects The West End,but depends on what you go for! We didn't mind not having a remote for the tv in the room as we came away to have a change. Would go back again for the totall chill out factor of the place.

Just got back from 2 weeks at the Ascos. Room absolutely fine, cleaned every day, fresh towels every day. Bit peeved having to pay 30 euros per towel and 10 euros for remote, deposit. Food very good although a bit repetitive. Hotel could do with a few a la carte restaurants. Service was very good and attentive. Area of Coral Bay has some good bars, if you choose to eat out occasionally, which we did, (my partner doesn't actually like a lot of buffet food), Hectors did an excellant breakfast, Santa Marina fantastic Fish & Chips, Rio Grande for best Rib Eye Steak, and the new Italian Restaurant opposite Rio Grande had excellent Italian food. Beaches - well I wasn't impressed with Coral Beach, found it dirty. However, catch the No 15 or 10 bus from Coral Bay High Street, ask for the terminus and you reach Corallia Beach after 10 mins. Really beautiful sandy bay. We spent most of our time during the day there. Entertainment was very basic. One major critism I have is that the live entertainment is far too loud. No chance of an early night if you want one, as it goes on to midnight and a lot of the rooms face onto it. Even with the patio doors shut, you could still hear it over the TV. Other than that we had a really enjoyable holiday.
