This is a lovely hotel, situated on the hillside above Andorra la Vella, and therefore well away from the traffic noise, which was apparent during the day, in the city. It did seem a bit hard to find initially, and I didn't see any directional signs when driving round, at first.

The room was superb, very spacious, well decorated, with a good balcony, and plenty of gizmos. Curtain drawing buttons x 2, many permutations of lighting, and the bathroom! Well, I just wanted to ship the entire thing home. Loved the bath, with all the different programmes, loved the shower,.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and kept me going all day....so much variety, and loved the egg-man!

Ate in the restaurant on our second night, and as I didn't feel very hungry, they were very accommodating with my light choices.

A very enjoyable stay and excellent value for money

Loved our room, great views and staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities in our room were out of this world. Who needs to visit the spa when you have tub like that right in your room! After 25 hours of traveling it was great to stay in such a great hotel...just wished we could have stated more than one night! Had roomservice that night...very good as well, but breakfast was really good too! We took the bus out of town...beware if you are walking the walk with luggage is VERY steep!

This could be an outstanding hotel. The room is the best money can buy in this part of the world. The location is perfect , in the centre of the city but extremely tranquil.
Pity for some service and managerial problems which fairly spoiled our stay.
The breakfast room was pretty horrible, with screacky chairs and noisy children galore. Some staff were apparently coming out straight from the caverns. The Hotel manager took note and did nothing.
The restaurant maitre , a young tall Moroccan, is so stiff and pressed by time that he makes you want to leave and get a hotdog round the corner instead.
The outside parking bears a toll of 14 USD per night. How peculiar.
The sparkling bathroom has no bidets and the soaps looks plainly like suppositories. Smell like soap,though.

At check -out The hotel Manager herself , at the usual and always annoying "minibar truth -test" , made the countercheck through house-keeping in a manner way too blatant and excessively zealous, just to discover that , in fact, we gave a candid report of our consumptions.

Great facility, but leaves a bad after-taste .

We stayed one night in June 2009. The hotel was modern,
spacious, and overall nice. We were initially pleasantly surprised.
The location was good, although a bit out of the way (a few min
walk downhill to main downtown area).
The main disappointment was on our last day. We were the last
guests for breakfast in the dining room, which was locked after
we entered, and an hour after breakfast we realized that we had
left our digital camera on the dining room table. The employees
denied having seen it, but there was no one else who could have
taken it. The front desk was not very forthcoming regarding
resolving this. They have not even contacted us with an apology
and followup whether we found it. It was very disappointing for a
hotel that considers itself 5-stars.
