I spent only a night in the hotel. The room was dirty, there were hair in the bathtub, dirt on the floor. There were no heating in the room with only a thin bed sheet, no blankets. Wi-Fi and internet didn't work that night. Asking the reception about the problems didn't result in any solution only in some Spanish polemic. Breakfast was scrap, with flies over all in the breakfast room, with only one staff in really dirty clothes. This hotel has never earned four (!) stars!

The only good things I can say about this hotel is that it's conveniently located and clean.

Rooms are ok in terms of size, but we had two large beds which dont really suit a couple. We were told that it's design for four people, which is weird cause I dont think two couples would like to sleep in the same room. Room was dark and either you have a view on a noisy street either on block of flats, which is literally few meters away. Room was cleaned every day,but at least two bulbs didn't work and no one worried to change them.

Bathroom was clean but shower was broken so you had to hold it all the time. Moreover, getting more towels was a mission.

Breakfast was terrible. I refused to eat it.

Staff was friendly but very few people spoke English.

Generally, hotel is ok, but as a 2*. I dont know who gave them 4, but it seems it's almost a lie.
