We stayed here for 3 nights & it was fine for a short stay. The rooms are very small but very well kept. The location is outside the old town which isn't the best option but we had a car so this was better for us because of parking. & the Sheraton hotel which was our 1st choice was full. The only problem we had was with the front desk. We wanted to buy the Salzburg card but the man at reception (Felix) said he had sold the last one the day before & told us to get it at the info desk at the Conference centre across the road, after going up & down elevators someone from the Sheraton hotel told us that the info office had been removed quite a long time ago. We then went to the Sheraton reception & asked if we could buy the card there but we're told they could only sell it to hotel guests & then sent us to the tourist ofiice in the old town where after about an hour we managed to purchase it. We were planning on visiting the Schloss Hellbrun that day & I knew from this website that we had to get the No 25 bus there, however when I mentioned this to the same man on the reception in the Pitter he said we could also get the Number 5 bus, this happened to be the 1st bus that came along & we got on only to find out at the end of the line that we should have got off half way to get the Number 25 to the Schloss so we had to backtrack to get the bus we should have gotten in the first place, this again cost us a lot of wasted time.
Quality price wise this hotel is a good option but we probably wouldn't stay here again, there are better options in Salzburg.
